Spisak je poduga\u010dak i, u najmanju ruku, \u010dudan. Izdvojili smo nekoliko naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hrana bez masti ili s njenim malim sadr\u017eajem<\/strong><br \/>\n Oni koji se pridr\u017eavaju niskomasne ishrane zapravo nemaju manji rizik da obole od sr\u010danih bolesti i kancera od onih koji konzumiraju hranu u kojoj masno\u0107e nisu redukovane. Istina je da su prirodne masno\u0107e koje se nalaze u ribljem mesu i ora\u0161astim plodovima najbolje za ljudski organizam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spavanje<\/strong><br \/>\n Previ\u0161e sna \u0107e biti lo\u0161e za mnoge aspekte organizma, a pre svega pove\u0107ava \u0161ansu od gojaznosti i depresije.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indeks telesne mase<\/strong><br \/>\n Odre\u0111ivanje indeksa telesne mase na osnovu visine i te\u017eine nije najmerodavniji pokazatelj da ste u dobroj formi. Procena zavisi i od odnosa mase mi\u0161i\u0107a i masno\u0107a, kao i od odnosa obima struka i kukova.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/slovopres.com\/zdravlje\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/15-nezdravih-navika-3-e1508456631655.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-712\" src=\"https:\/\/slovopres.com\/zdravlje\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/15-nezdravih-navika-3-e1508456631655.jpg\" alt=\"15 (ne)zdravih navika\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jaje bez \u017eumanceta<br \/>\n <\/strong>\u017dumance je nepravedno optu\u017eeno kao \u0161tetno jer je rudnik holesterola. Istina je da ne mo\u017ee znatno da uti\u010de na pove\u0107anje holesterola. Ukoliko nemate problema s naru\u0161enim masno\u0107ama u krvi, onda mo\u017eete da jedete celo jaje, a ne samo belance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Izbegavanje glutena<\/strong><br \/>\n Nema dokaza da gluten izaziva nevolje sa zdravljem osim ukoliko nije dijagnostikovana celijakija, odnosno glutenska enteropatija.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preterivanje s vitaminom C<\/strong><br \/>\n Vitamin C nesumnjivo doprinosi odbrambenim mehanizmima organizma, ali ako se pretera s unosom, mo\u017ee da uzrokuje dijareju, mu\u010dninu, vrtoglavicu, glavobolju, pa \u010dak i aritmiju. Maksimalna dnevna doza za odrasle je 2.000 miligrama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Umesto obi\u010dnog &#8211; bademovo mleko<\/strong><br \/>\n \u0160olja bademovog mleka u proseku sadr\u017ei samo oko dva odsto badema. U tom slu\u010daju, prirodno kravlje, kozje ili ov\u010dje mleko mnogo je bolji izvor proteina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Multivitaminski preparati<\/strong><br \/>\n Uzimanje raznih vitamina i minerala na svoju ruku mo\u017ee samo da \u0161teti. Ako postoji potreba za suplementacijom, to bi najbolje bilo da se uradi po savetu lekara, posle ura\u0111enih analiza koje pokazuju deficit nekih vitamina i minerala. Osim toga, dokazano je da vitamini i minerali iz hrane imaju mnogo ve\u0107i zna\u010daj za o\u010duvanje zdravlja od onih koji su sintetisani u nekom preparatu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/slovopres.com\/zdravlje\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/15-nezdravih-navika-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-714\" src=\"https:\/\/slovopres.com\/zdravlje\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/15-nezdravih-navika-2.jpg\" alt=\"15 (ne)zdravih navika\" width=\"640\" height=\"322\" srcset=\"https:\/\/slovopres.com\/zdravlje\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/15-nezdravih-navika-2.jpg 640w, https:\/\/slovopres.com\/zdravlje\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/15-nezdravih-navika-2-300x151.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Blendranje<\/strong><br \/>\n Ukoliko vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e jedete samo blendirano, to umanjuje njihov nutritivni zna\u010daj. Blendiranjem se uni\u0161tavaju dijetalna vlakna koja su klju\u010dna za zdravu ishranu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Izbegavanje pucanja prstima<\/strong><br \/>\n Iako je uvre\u017eeno mi\u0161ljenje da je pucanje prstima lo\u0161e za zglobove \u0161aka, najnovija studija pokazuje da je ova navika u stvari dobar na\u010din da se \u201epodma\u017eu\u201c zglobovi i \u010dlanci.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zadr\u017eavanje daha<\/strong><br \/>\n Kad neko kine ili se naka\u0161lje, a da pritom ne stavi ruku na nos ili usta, bakterije ulaze u vazduh brzinom od nekoliko desetina hiljada metara u sekundi. Zato zadr\u017eavanje daha nije metoda koja mo\u017ee da vas za\u0161titi od infekcije.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Detoksikacija organizma<\/strong><br \/>\n Gastroenterolozi su saglasni da ne postoji nijedan brzopotezni re\u017eim ishrane koji mo\u017ee da o\u010disti telo od toksina. Tu funkciju imaju jedino jetra i bubrezi, a ono \u0161to je najbitnije jeste redovna pravilna ishrana i izbegavanje \u0161tetnih navika, od kojih su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pu\u0161enje i konzumiranje alkohola, a izgladnjivanje u cilju navodne detoksikacije tela i drasti\u010dno redukovanje ishrane mogu samo da na\u0161tete.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/slovopres.com\/zdravlje\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/15-nezdravih-navika-4-e1508457181912.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-713\" src=\"https:\/\/slovopres.com\/zdravlje\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/15-nezdravih-navika-4-e1508457181912.jpg\" alt=\"15 (ne)zdravih navika\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n <strong>Hladovina<\/strong><br \/>\n \u010cuvanje od sunca je dobro, ali neprekidno sedenje u mraku je lo\u0161e za imuni sistem i ubrzava starenje. Zato umereno iza\u0111ite na sunce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Antibakterijski sapuni<\/strong><br \/>\n Ovakvi sapuni dobri su za putovanja, ali preterana upotreba \u0107e uni\u0161titi i dobre bakterije i naru\u0161iti mikrobiolo\u0161ki sklad organizma. Zato se za svakodnevnu upotrebu savetuju obi\u010dni sapuni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klima-ure\u0111aji<\/strong><br \/>\n Ako ste neprekidno u rashla\u0111enom vazduhu koji struji kroz klima-ure\u0111aj, rizikujete brojna oboljenja.
