Testo uvijte u rolat i secite kao za pu\u017ei\u0107e ili ga uvijte koncentri\u010dno. Ukus je onaj koji presu\u0111uje.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h2><strong>Ako ih pravite s prelivom, najbolje je da ru\u017eice slu\u017eite tek kad upiju sav preliv, \u0161to je najkra\u0107e za \u0161est sati. A ukoliko ste se odlu\u010dili za takozvane bugarske ru\u017eice, umesto fila s belancima i orasima, mo\u017eete da ih prema\u017eete i najobi\u010dnijim d\u017eemom, \u0161ta ve\u0107 volite.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"sastojci\">Sastojci<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g masti<\/li>\n<li>1 dl pavlake<\/li>\n<li>jaje<\/li>\n<li>100 g kokosovog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 kesice pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/li>\n<li>250 g bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"fil\">Fil<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>malo mlevenih oraha<\/li>\n<li>malo kokosovog bra\u0161na, po \u017eelji<\/li>\n<li>malo suvog gro\u017e\u0111a<\/li>\n<li>kesica vanilin-\u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>2 ka\u0161ike prah-\u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"preliv\">Preliv<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>3,5 dl vode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Umutite mast, dodajte jaje i pavlaku, ujedna\u010dite masu, pa varja\u010dom ume\u0161ajte kokos i bra\u0161no s pra\u0161kom za pecivo. Zamesite testo i tanko ga razvucite. Pome\u0161ajte sastojke za fil, izuzev kokosovog bra\u0161na koje \u0107ete staviti po \u017eelji. Polovinu fila stavite na jednu \u0161iru ivicu, a drugu polovinu na drugu \u0161iru ivicu razvijenog testa. Rolajte s jedne i druge strane, pa presecite na polovini, kad se rolati\u0107i sastanu. Secite par\u010di\u0107e, stavite ih u podmazan pleh, jo\u0161 malo poprskajte uljem ili tu i tamo stavite malo masti i pecite na 200 stepeni dok ne porumene. Skuvajte preliv od \u0161e\u0107era i vode, i dok je jo\u0161 vru\u0107, prelijte pe\u010dene ru\u017eice u plehu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bugarske ru\u017eice<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h2 class=\"sastojci\">Sastojci<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g masti<\/li>\n<li>4 \u017eumanceta<\/li>\n<li>4 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>5 dl mleka<\/li>\n<li>1 kg bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<li>na vrh no\u017ea soli<\/li>\n<li>kesica kvasca<\/li>\n<li>rendana kora limuna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"fil\">Fil<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>2 belanceta<\/li>\n<li>2 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>4 ka\u0161ike mlevenih oraha<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>I jo\u0161:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g prah-\u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>kesica vanilin-\u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dobro umutite mast. Kvasac pome\u0161ajte s malo \u0161e\u0107era i bra\u0161na, nalijte s malo mlakog mleka i ostavite da uskisne. U preostalo bra\u0161no sipajte uskisli kvasac, dodajte umu\u0107enu mast, \u017eumanca (koja ste malo posolili), koru limuna, preostali \u0161e\u0107er, i uz postepeno dodavanje preostalog mleka zamesite testo. Stavite ga u najlonsku kesu, kesu potopite u hladnu vodu i stavite u fri\u017eider na 1-2 sata. Izvadite testo iz fri\u017eidera, kidajte po malo, oblikujte kuglice pa ih razvucite u krug, stavite fil i urolajte, a dobijene \u201epantljike\u201d uvijte kao ru\u017eice (ili \u201epu\u017eeve\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Za fil umutite belanca sa \u0161e\u0107erom, pa ume\u0161ajte orahe. Ru\u017eice stavljajte u podmazan pleh i pecite na 200-220 stepeni oko 20 minuta.
