Liker od mandarina lako se i jednostavno pravi. Za liker od pomorand\u017ee koli\u010dine sastojaka nisu iste.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • 1 kg mandarina<\/li>\n
  • 7 dl votke<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 kg \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Mandarine dobro operite, najbolje pomo\u0107u \u010detke. Skinite ko\u017eicu pa\u017eljivo, bez belog dela. Ukoliko vam ostane dosta \u201ebeline\u201d, liker \u0107e biti gorak. Isecite ko\u017eicu na trake, stavite u staklenu teglu, nalijte votkom i zatvorite. Ostavite da odstoji pet dana na tamnom i prohladnom mestu. Mandarine bez ko\u017eice stavite u drugu teglu, dobro zatvorite (ako imate teglu s hermeti\u010dkim zatvaranjem, to bi bilo odli\u010dno) i odlo\u017eite u fri\u017eider. Posle pet dana procedite odle\u017ealu ko\u017eicu s votkom, a od mandarina iz fri\u017eidera iscedite sok. Trebalo bi da dobijete oko pola litra soka. Ukoliko ispadne manje, dodajte vodu. U \u0161erpu stavite sok i \u0161e\u0107er, pa kuvajte da se sav \u0161e\u0107er istopi, nije neophodno da provri. I sok kuvan sa \u0161e\u0107erom procedite jer mogu da ostanu sitni delovi pulpe, i sjedinite s proce\u0111enom odle\u017ealom votkom s ko\u017eicama mandarina. Kad se ohladi, sipajte u staklenu fla\u0161u i dr\u017eite u fri\u017eideru 2-3 dana.<\/p>\n
